High Intensity Interval Training or H.I.I.T are short 30 minute session were you work as hard as you can. Short periods of work and shorter periods of rest give you a session that will take you to the max. All about hitting your cardio MAX, you will become out of breath at some point during the session but feel amazing afterwards and burn more calories during the day as you body recovers from the intense session.
All H.I.I.T sessions will be taken by trained Personal Trainers to ensure they are able to coach everyone to reach their maximum potential
